Shipping for MAREE products

Ombvella sells MAREE products fulfilled directly by MAREE through Shopify Collective. We currently focus on customers in the United States.

Rates and delivery estimates

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available shipping methods, charges and any estimated delivery dates before paying. Rates vary by address, product and order size. Shipping is not automatically free.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Processing, weekends, holidays and carrier delays can affect delivery. We do not promise same-day dispatch or a fixed delivery window on every order.

Tracking

When MAREE ships your order and provides tracking, we send the information to the email used at checkout. A shipping label alone does not mean the carrier has received the package.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Check your address before ordering. Contact contact@ombvella.com promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after fulfillment. Contact us about delayed, damaged or missing packages so we can investigate with the supplier or carrier.

If no shipping option is available at checkout, we cannot currently deliver that order to the address entered. Applicable charges are shown at checkout.
